How to Apply Cancellation Reasons

In this article, we'll demonstrate how to apply the cancellation reason to existing appointments.

Step 1: Navigate to the Calendar

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Once you're in, click on Calendar in the left sidebar menu.

Step 2: Apply the Cancellation Reasons

Once you've created your cancellation reasons, you can go to the calendar and apply them if a client wants to cancel the appointment. 

 

 

You'll have the option to choose whether you want to notify the client or cancel without notifying them. For instance, you might choose not to notify them if they're currently on the phone with you.
