How to Add Additional Forms in the Pabau App Journey

In this article, we’ll show you how to add additional consent forms and treatment notes directly within the journey (pathway) using the Pabau app.

This is useful when a client requires extra documentation during an appointment - whether that’s for additional treatments or if something was missed during the initial steps.

Step 1: Start the Client Journey

To initiate a client journey, open the app and navigate to the Journey (Pathway) tab. Here, you can view all the appointments scheduled for the day, and you can select a different day using the date picker at the top of the screen.

Locate and select the client’s appointment where you need to add additional forms.

Step 2: Start/Proceed Pathway

To add additional forms from the journey, the pathway must still be active. Once the client’s pathway has been completed, no further forms can be added.

To start a pathway, slide to start it.

To proceed to complete a pathway, click the "Continue" button.

Step 3: Add Form

On the staff steps, tap the "Add Form" option at the top to get started.

Then you'll be prompted to choose the form type you'd like to add.

After choosing the type, all available forms of that type will be listed, so you can easily select the one that applies to the client's treatment.

After selecting a form, it will open and you can proceed to complete it.

By following these steps, you can successfully add any necessary additional forms and complete the client journey using the Pabau GO app.
