In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to create a bundle in Pabau. Bundles are a powerful way to offer combinations of two or more different packages.
Step 1: Navigate to Packages
Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Setup, then click on "Packages" under the Services section.
Step 2: Access the "Bundles" Tab
In the Packages page, switch to the "Bundles" tab. Click on "New Bundle" located in the top right corner to start creating a new bundle.
Step 3: Input General Details
In the General tab, input the bundle's name. Choose whether it should be available for purchase online. This ensures that clients can conveniently buy the bundle through your online booking portal.
Step 4: Add Items to the Bundle
Move to the "Items" tab and click on "Add Item." This action will open a menu on the right side of your screen.
Step 5: Select Packages and Quantity
In the menu, select the package you want to include in the bundle and specify the quantity. The price will be automatically calculated based on the quantity and the individual package prices.
Step 6: Save and Repeat
Click "Save" to add the selected package to the bundle. Repeat this process to include more packages in your bundle. As you add packages, they'll be displayed in the center of the screen, and the total price of the bundle will be updated accordingly.
Step 7: Activate and Confirm
In the upper right corner, ensure the Active toggle is enabled. Click on "Create" to confirm and activate your newly created bundle.
Your bundle is now ready for clients to purchase, offering them a convenient way to enjoy multiple services at a discounted rate.
