How to make a product unavailable to sell when out of stock

In Pabau we give you the option to make a product unavailable to sell when out of stock or you can even make it available to sell when out of stock.

This setting applies when trying to sell the product in the POS..

Here is how to change this setting.

1. Click the 'Stock' button.

2. Select 'Products'.

3. Here click the Category, in which is the product you want to change

4. Now click on the Product

5. Then under Additional Information find the Allow negative quantity in stock field

• It needs to be ticked as No to make a product unavailable to sell when out of stock

• It needs to be ticked as Yes to make a product available to sell even when out of stock

6. Update the product at the bottom to save
