The Treatment Missing Data Report, also known as the Pathway Report, allows you to view appointments and track which parts of the client journey have been completed, skipped, or missed. This helps you stay compliant, ensure proper documentation, and deliver consistent care.

Step 1: Access the Treatment Missing Data Report

To access the Treatment Missing Data Report, log into your Pabau account, go to Analytics from the left-hand menu, click on "Reports", scroll to the Business section, and select Treatment Missing Data Report.

Step 2: Review Appointment and Journey Data

Once you open the report, review the list of appointments along with key details such as the appointment date and time, client name, service, practitioner, and location.

Each appointment row also includes a breakdown of treatment journey steps—such as Checked Details, Medical History, Consent, Treatment Notes, Aftercare, Photos, and Prescription—showing whether each one was completed, not completed, or not set.

This allows you to quickly identify which appointments are missing important documentation or require follow-up.

Step 3: Apply Filters to Narrow Down the Results

Use the filters at the top of the report to refine your results based on relevant criteria.

You can filter by appointment date, service, location, or by the status of a specific journey step—such as showing only appointments where “Consent” is marked as “No.” You can also use the dropdown to add custom fields like Auth Code, Appointment Outcome, or Meeting Link for additional insights..

Applying filters helps you quickly identify which appointments need follow-up or are missing key data.

Step 4: Search for a Specific Client

To quickly review journey progress for a particular client, use the Search clients bar at the top-right corner of the report.

Start typing the client’s name, and the report will automatically update to display only their appointments. This is especially helpful when reviewing documentation for returning patients or following up after recent treatments..
