📌The best of the rest:
- Walk-in clients can now purchase gift cards directly through the Point of Sale system without requiring a patient record to be set up.
- Shift overlap prevention! If you try and add a staff shift that overlaps with an existing shift an employee already has, the system will alert you.
- Add discount reasons for invoices. If you want to explain the reason for giving a customer a discount, we've added a free-type box for this.
- Pin your favorite forms! You can now mark forms as favorites by pinning them, making them easier to find without searching through the entire list.
- Mail order/telephone order support implemented: When a customer is being charged via POS by a staff member or an agent, or card details are saved, the 3DS verification step will not be triggered.
- Admins and owners can delete notes in the client card: This improvement allows admins and owners to edit and delete alerts and client notes left by other staff members in the client card.
- Custom discounts: Create discounts that are unique to specific situations
