*If you haven't set up automated updates, you'll need to manually update the app on the App Store. Simply select the Update button to do this.
✨Feature Spotlight: Payment Policy
The brand-new Payment Policy feature puts you in control of how and when clients pay for your services, making managing payments seamless and stress-free. In a nutshell, you set the rulesfor when clients have to pay for services. Here's what you need to know:
💰 Set upfront payments: Decide how much the client pays upfront
💰 Define payment schedules: Choose when the remaining balance is due
💰 Enable Express Booking: Automatically send payment links right after booking
💰 Send automated email/SMS with payment links: No extra work for you!
💰 Collect payments over the phone: Take payments for email/phone bookings
💰 Save time: Eliminate having to chase up payments manually!
Please note that manually booking an appointment through the calendar overrides any deposit settings you have set up for the same service. However, your deposit settings will remain unchanged for online bookings.

- Booking just got smarter: Now, when you manually book an appointment in Pabau, you’ll instantly see additional details such as:
- ✨The last three services the client booked
- ✨Total sales, total completed appointments, and last review score
- ✨Total cancellations and no-shows
- Bulk registration for client bookings: That's right - you no longer need to invite clients to create an online booking account on a one-by-one basis. This new feature enables you to do it all in bulk! Read the guide.
- New calendar lock screen: This allows staff members to lock the calendar with a passcode, ensuring only authorized staff can access it.
- Loyalty points in the client portal: Clients can see what they've earned loyalty points for and how many they have in total. Want to activate this? Simply head to Setup, then Client area, then the Features tab.
- Enhanced review widget design: We've improved how this looks and added a new 'View all' link. This takes website visitors to a stand-alone page where they can see all your reviews in one place.
