In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to enable online payment for quotes.
Step 1: Generate Quote
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, follow the steps in this article to generate a quote.
Step 2: Add Stripe as a Payment Option
When creating a quote, in the fourth step, "Signature & Payment," make sure Stripe is selected as a payment option so clients and leads can pay for the quote online.
NOTE: Stripe needs to be integrated to receive online payments. To integrate your Pabau account with Stripe, please follow the instructions provided in this article.
Reconnecting will ensure that all Pabau Pay terminal features function smoothly and will also unlock 12 additional payment processing options.
Step 3: View Quote Details
Once the client receives the quote, they need to click the quote number and will be redirected to their client portal, where they can view the details.
Step 4: Pay for Quote
The quote will include a payment button that clients can click and will be prompted to enter their card details.
NOTE: If the Payment Policy feature is enabled in your account, clients and leads can split the quote payment into two installments, based on your Payment Policy settings. For more information on managing the Payment Policy feature, refer to this guide.
After entering their card information, the payment is finalized by clicking the "Pay With Card" button.
You can double-check any payments made by clients in the financials section of their client cards.
Step 5: Review Quote Status
Expand the Money section on the left side of the screen and click Quotes to review all quotes and their status.
By following these steps, clients can pay directly from quotes.
