How to Check Package Usage History
This article will show you how to view your clients' package usage history.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Log in to your Pabau account, and from the search bar located at the top center, search for a client whose client card you wish to open.
Step 2: Open Packages
Once you're on the client's profile, go to the "Packages" tab. Choose the desired package, click on the three vertical dots on the right, and then select "More details."

Step 3: Check Usage History
In this menu, you'll see a detailed breakdown of the session usage, including:
- Number utilized: How many sessions have been used.
- Voided: Any sessions that were canceled or made invalid.
- Transferred to the account: Sessions that have been moved to the client's account balance.
- Pending sessions awaiting use: Sessions that are paid for but not yet redeemed.
You can manually adjust the status of a package session by simply clicking on its current status and selecting from the available options.
By following these steps, you can review and manage your clients' package usage history.
