Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Log in to your Pabau account, and from the search bar located at the top center, search for a client whose client card you wish to open.
Step 2: Open Packages
Once you're on the client's profile, go to the "Packages" tab. Choose the desired package, click on the three vertical dots on the right, and then select "More details."
Step 3: Check Usage History
In this menu, you'll see each session listed with its current status:
- Booked: The session is scheduled but has not yet been redeemed.
- Redeemed: The session has been used.
To change a session's status, click on the three vertical dots next to it and select "Void." Voiding works one step back depending on the current status:
- Voiding a Booked session returns it to Pending.
- Voiding a Redeemed session returns it to Booked.
By following these steps, you can review and manage your clients' package usage history.
