How to Check Package Usage History
In this article, we'll show you how to view your clients' package usage history.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Log in to your Pabau account, and from the search bar located at the top center, search for a client whose client card you wish to open.
Step 2: Open Packages
After accessing the client's profile, go to the "Packages" tab, choose the desired package, click on the three vertical dots on the right, and then select "More details."
Step 3: Check Usage History
Upon accessing the menu, you'll find a breakdown of session usage, including the number utilized, voided, transferred to the account, and pending sessions awaiting use.
You can manually adjust the status of a package session by simply clicking on the current status and choosing from the available options.
By following these steps, you can review and manage the package usage history of your clients.
