How to Set Up a Non-Converted Consultation Automation

This article explains how to set up a non-converted consultation follow-up automation in Pabau.

A Non-Converted Consultation Follow-up Automation is a process designed to automatically follow up with clients who have had a consultation but have not yet proceeded with booking a service or treatment. The purpose is to re-engage these potential clients, encourage them to book, and provide additional information or incentives that might help convert them into paying customers.

Step 1: Navigate to Automations

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Marketing feature in the left sidebar menu, then click on "Automation". 

Step 2: Creating a New Automation

Click the "Create Automation" button at the top right corner of the Automations page and then click "Start from scratch."

Step 3: Choosing Automation Filter

In the filtering prompt, designate "Appointment" as the primary object since we are constructing a non-converted consultation automation that focuses on appointments. 

Step 4: Selecting Automation Type

In the next step, choose the automation type "Email," as non-converted consultation follow-ups are most commonly sent via email.

Step 5: Specifying General Automation Information

  • Type the name of the automation, e.g., "Non- converted Consultation"
  • Set the email subject to "It's not too late! Let's start your treatment journey"
  • Schedule the recall to run "Every 1 Day"


Step 6: Selecting Audience

Create an audience with the following criteria:

  • The appointment date is 30 days ago(e.g)
  • Appointment status is Complete.
  • Client is Active.
  • Client total completed appointments is 1.
  • Client next appointment (date) is empty

Save the audience for future use.

Step 8: Designing Your Automation

In the "Design" tab, build an email template that will include reasons why the client should book a treatment.

 

Customize your email using templates and the drag-and-drop editor. Modify components such as columns, headings, text, images, buttons, dividers, HTML code, and menu.

You can also add a button linking to your online bookings portal.

Step 9: Review and Schedule

Review your non-converted consultation automation, make necessary changes, and schedule it based on your preferred timing.
