How to Void Package Session from the Client Card
In this article, we will cover how to void a package session from the client card.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Log in to your Pabau account, and from the search bar located at the top center, search for the client whose client card you want to open.
Step 2: Open Packages tab
Once you're in the client card, navigate to the "Packages" tab. From there, look for the package you wish to void and click on it.
Step 3: Void Session
To void the session, click on the name of the package. This will open up all of the sessions available within the package. Select which one you want to void by clicking the three vertical dots on the right and selecting "Void."
This will provide better visibility into sessions and their management. You can always review the sessions within the package on the client's card.
