How to Void Loyalty Points

In this article, you will learn how to cancel or void loyalty points that have been previously awarded to a client.

Loyalty points are a great way to reward your clients, but sometimes adjustments are needed. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to cancel or void previously awarded points in your system.

Step 1: Accessing the Client Card

Begin by logging into your Pabau account. Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find and select the client whose loyalty points you need to void. 

Step 2: Navigate to the Loyalty Section

Once you've accessed the client's profile, navigate to the Financials tab. Within this tab, click on the Loyalty sub-tab to access the loyalty-related information for the client.

Step 3:  Void Loyalty Points

In the Loyalty section, find the points you wish to void and click on the three dots next to them. Select the "Void Points" option from the menu. You will be prompted to confirm your action—click "Yes" to proceed, and the points will be successfully voided.

Now that you’ve learned how to void loyalty points, you can easily manage and correct any points awarded to clients as needed.
