How to Void a Package Session

In this article, we'll cover how you can void a session from a client's package.

Step 1: Log into Your Pabau Account

Log into your Pabau account and open the client card of the client for whom you wish to void a package session.

Step 2: Navigate to the Packages Tab

Click on the Packages tab, then locate the package you want to void a session from. Click on the three-dots icon on the right of the package and select "More details".

Step 3: Void the Session

Click on the three dots next to the session you wish to void and select "Void".


There are two types of sessions you can void: a redeemed (used) session and a pending session.

Voiding a Redeemed (Used) Session

When you click the Void button on a redeemed session, the package usage payment entry will be deleted from the Payments sub-tab of the Financials tab in the client card. The status of the session will be restored to Pending, and the appointment that was paid with it will now be unpaid.

Voiding a Pending Session

When you void a pending session, the session cannot be used when clicking the "Book from package" option in the calendar. Additionally, no payment entry will be created.
