Step 1: Log into Your Pabau Account
Log into your Pabau account and open the client card of the client for whom you wish to void a package session.
Step 2: Navigate to the Packages Tab
Click on the "Packages" tab, then find the package from which you want to void a session. Click on the three-dots icon (kebab menu) to the right of the package and select "More details."
Step 3: Void the Session
Each session is listed with its current status, either "Booked" (scheduled but not yet redeemed) or "Redeemed" (used). Click on the three vertical dots next to the session you wish to void and select "Void."
Voiding moves a session one step back depending on its current status:
- Voiding a Booked session: The session reverts to "Pending" and becomes available again when selecting the "Book from package" option in the calendar.
- Voiding a Redeemed session: The session reverts to "Booked." The package usage payment entry is removed from the "Payments" sub-tab of the "Financials" tab in the client's profile, and the appointment it paid for will show as unpaid.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and void package sessions in Pabau, ensuring accurate tracking and usage of client packages.
