How to View Stock History

This article explains how you can view your stock history in Pabau.

Step 1: Navigate to Stock

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to Stock in the left sidebar menu and click to expand the section. Click on the 'Products' tab to proceed.

Step 2: Search for the Product

On the Products page, all products you've created in Pabau will be listed. To search for the product, you can use the search bar at the top of the page, search in the product categories, or use the filters at the top right corner.

Step 3: Click the Product Quantity

Once you locate the product, click on its quantity to display the stock history.

NOTE: The quantity column will only display after you search within a specific category; it won't appear in the initial list of all products.

Step 4: Review Stock History

Clicking the product quantity will open a window showing the number of products added to or removed from stock and the dates of these changes.
