How to Use Vaccination Report

In this article, we’ll explain what the Vaccination Report is, how it can benefit your clinic, and the steps to generate and export the report using different filters and options available within the system.

The Vaccination Report provides a clear overview of all vaccinations recorded in your clinic, allowing teams to track records by employee, date, or time period. It supports compliance, improves data accuracy, and can include additional details such as GP or next of kin information for audits and reporting, helping clinics save time and maintain consistent, reliable records.

To create a Vaccination Report, begin by selecting your preferred filters. Each filter allows you to refine the data shown in the report.

Step 1: Select Date

Click "Select Date" and choose the period you want to review. You can select from preset options such as Today, This Week, This Month, or This Year, or choose Custom to define your date range.

Step 2: Select Employee

Next, click "Select Employee" to choose which employee or employees you want to include in the report. You can search for an employee by name or select multiple staff members. If you want to include everyone, you can select the “Select All” option.

Step 3: Select Custom Fields (optional)

If you would like to add more information to your report, click Select Custom Fields. Here, you can choose additional data such as GP Name, GP Address, Next of Kin, or Treatment Interest. These fields allow you to customize the report based on the information most relevant to your clinic’s needs.

Step 4: Select Columns (optional)

You can further personalize the report by selecting which columns you want to display. This helps you focus only on the data that matters most, such as vaccination type, batch expiry date, or employee name.

Step 5: Run the Report

Once you have set all your filters, click the Run button to generate the report. The system will display a table containing all vaccination records that match your selected criteria.

Step 6: Export the Report

After reviewing the results, you can export the report using the available options. You can choose to export it to CSV, Excel, or PDF, depending on your needs. This allows you to save, share, or print the data for recordkeeping or reporting purposes.

The Vaccination Report is a valuable tool for reviewing and managing vaccination data within your clinic. By using the available filters and export options, you can quickly locate specific records, monitor staff activity, and maintain comprehensive vaccination tracking. This helps improve data accuracy, streamline administrative work, and support compliance requirements across your organization.
