How to Use the Echo AI Dictation Tool to Create Letters

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to use the dictation tool and AI to create letters quickly and easily.

Step 1: Open the Client Card

Log into your Pabau account and navigate to the client card of the client for whom you want to create a letter using the dictation tool and AI.

Step 2: Access the Dictation Tool

Click on the Create button (a blue plus icon) located in the bottom right corner of the client card. From the menu that appears, select Dictation.

Step 3: Record Your Note

To begin recording, click on the red microphone icon. If you need to pause, use the Pause button, and when you're finished, click the Stop icon.

NOTE: Ensure your voice note is no longer than 20 seconds if you want to use it for composing a letter.

Step 4: Choose to Compose a Letter

After recording your voice note, decide what to do with it. In the "What do you want to do?" field, select Compose a letter.

Choose the desired letter template, then click on the Pabau logo icon.

Step 5: Review and Finalize Your Letter

The AI-powered speech-to-text tool will generate a letter based on your recorded words. Review the letter and make any necessary edits. Once you’re satisfied:

Save the letter.
Decide whether to email it to the recipient or print a physical copy.
