How to Use the Care Dashboard

The Care dashboard is your central hub for tracking patient form completion in Pabau. It gives your clinic a clear overview of which forms have been sent, which have been completed, and which are still outstanding - helping you stay organized and ensure every appointment runs smoothly. In this article, we’ll explain what the Care dashboard is for, break down each section, and show you how to access and use it effectively.

Step 1: Navigate to Care Dashboard

You can start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Expand the ''Clients'' tab on the left sidebar menu to access the ''Care'' page.

  • Completed – Forms that have been fully completed.

  • To be completed – Forms still in progress.

  • Not completed – Forms sent but not filled in.

Filters and Search Options

Directly under the progress section, you can refine your view using:

  • Date range filter – Select the timeframe you want to review (e.g., today, last week, last month).

  • Location filter – Narrow down requests by clinic location or include all locations.

  • Search clients – Type a client’s name to quickly find their form requests.
