How to Use the Booking Wizard
In this article, we’ll show you how the Booking Wizard helps you quickly find available slots in your calendar and book them with ease.
Step 1: Navigate to Calendar
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu and click the "Calendar" tab.
Step 2: Access Booking Wizard
Click on an available slot to open the Create Appointment modal. This action will reveal the "Booking Wizard" button underneath the client field. Click to access the page.
Step 3: Set Filters
The Booking Wizard page displays a range of options and filters. In the top-left corner of the screen, you can choose the time frame for available slots in the "Date" section:

First available – Shows the earliest available date.

Weekly – Choose from this week, next week, or in two weeks.

Weekends – Choose from this weekend, next weekend, or in two weekends.

Monthly – Choose from this month, next month, or in two months.
Step 4: Select Client Availability
At the top of the screen, you’ll see the "Client Availability" section. Here, you can tick or untick the days of the week to indicate when the client is available or unavailable.
Step 5: Choose Available Timing
At the top right corner of the screen, you can set the times when the client is available — morning, afternoon, or evening — by ticking or unticking the relevant options.
Step 6: Enter Details
To check a specific client’s available times, open the Client dropdown, search for their name, and click to select them from the results.
In the Location field, if your practice has multiple locations, choose the one where the client needs an open slot.
In the Service field, select the services the client wants availability for. If you have rooms linked to that service, you will also be prompted to select the room.
In the Employee field, choose the employee the client wishes to book with to view their available slots.
If you want to check availability for multiple clients at once, click "+Add Client" and repeat the same selection process for each client.
Step 7: Scan Calendar
Once all required details are entered, click the "Scan" button at the top right corner. If any mandatory fields are missing, the button will remain greyed out.
The calendar will now appear on the screen, displaying all available slots where you can schedule the client.
By selecting the date and time, you will be redirected to the calendar, where you can continue booking the available slot.
