How to Use Client Summary
In this guide, we'll cover how to use the Client Summary tool, part of the Echo AI suite of AI tools in Pabau.
Instead of spending valuable time searching through different records, Client Summary instantly compiles the most important client information in one place. This makes it the fastest and most efficient way to get up to speed on a new client, especially when they arrive for an appointment.
Step 1: Access Client Summary
To access the Client Summary, navigate to a client card in Pabau. Click on the "Client Summary" button located in the upper-right corner of the page.
A pop-up window will appear, displaying three tabs: Insights, Suggestions, and Alerts.
These tabs allow you to view important client information and receive AI-driven recommendations to enhance client management.

Step 2: Analyze Client Insights
The Insights tab provides an AI-generated summary of key client details, including:

Appointment history (total visits, recent visits, cancellations, and missed appointments)

Financial data (total spending on services, retail products, and packages)

Client preferences (preferred provider and engagement patterns)

Client notes and medical history updates
Having these insights readily available allows you to quickly assess a client’s engagement, spending behavior, and treatment history, making it easier to personalize their experience and improve retention.
Step 3: Review Client Suggestions
The Suggestions tab offers AI-driven recommendations based on client habits and preferences. Echo AI analyzes the same client data as in the Insights tab but presents it as actionable suggestions, such as:

Offering personalized promotions based on spending patterns
These tailored suggestions help enhance client engagement, boost retention, and maximize revenue opportunities by offering services that align with their preferences.
Step 4: Monitor Client Alerts
The Alerts tab highlights critical notifications related to a client’s history, including:

Upcoming appointment reminders

Required medical history updates

Frequent cancellations or no-shows
By addressing these alerts proactively, you can improve client communication, reduce potential revenue loss, and ensure a seamless client experience.
To maximize the benefits of Client Summary, regularly check the Insights tab to stay informed about high-value clients and their engagement patterns.
