The Bulk Item Editor helps you save time by allowing you to update multiple products, services, or packages all at once - no more editing items one-by-one. It also ensures consistency across your offerings, reducing the risk of manual errors and keeping your data accurate and up to date.
How to Use the Bulk Item Editor for Products
Step 1: Navigate to Products
Log in to your Pabau account and navigate to "Stock" in the left sidebar menu, then click on "Products".
Step 2: Access the Bulk Edit Tool
Once you're in the ''Products'' section, look for the ''Bulk Item Editor'' in the top-right corner of the screen. Click this button to start making your updates.
Step 3: Choose the Item Type to Edit
Once you open the Bulk Item Editor, you’ll see a search bar at the top where you can search for specific items by name - helpful if you have a large list. Next to it, there’s a ''Show Archived Items'' button that, when clicked, will display any products that have been archived.
Below that, you’ll see tabs for Products, Services, and Packages. Click on ''Products'' to proceed with editing product details.
Step 4: Filter and Edit Product Details
After selecting ''Products'' in the Bulk Item Editor, you'll see a table displaying columns such as Status, Item, Category, Cost, Retail Price, Tax Rate, Supplier, SKU, and others.
Filtering Products
Each column header has a small icon with three horizontal lines. Clicking this icon opens a dropdown menu with filter conditions like "Contains," "Equals," "Begins with," "Ends with," etc.
For example, to find products ending with the letter "d," click the filter icon next to the Item column, select "Ends with," and enter "d" in the search field.
You can combine multiple conditions using "AND" or "OR" to refine your search further.
Editing Product Details
To modify fields such as Retail Price, Cost, Tax Rate, or others, double-click the desired cell, enter the new value or select from the dropdown (depending on whether you're updating a price or category), and press ''Enter'' to save the change.
A button will appear at the top right corner of the screen, indicating that the changes have been saved.

After that, you’ll see a ''Search Bar'' at the top where you can search for specific items by name - helpful if you have a large list. Below that, you’ll see tabs for Products, Services, and Packages. Click on ''Services'' to proceed with editing product details.

After selecting ''Services'' in the Bulk Item Editor, you'll see a table displaying columns such as Item Name, Category, Duration, Deposit, Online Booking, Tax, Cost, Price, Resources, and others.
Filtering Services
