How to Upload a Photo to the Client Card

This article explains how to upload a photo to a client card.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Search bar at the top of the page and type at least three letters of the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.

Step 2: Switch to the Photos Tab

To access the Photos tab, expand the Chart/EMR, and the tab will be revealed.

Step 3: Upload a Photo

Click on the Create button at the top right corner of the page, and it will reveal a few options, one of which is "Photo Upload."

After clicking on Photo Upload, a screen will pop up where you can drag and drop any photos you'd like to upload or click on the button below to upload any files from your device.

The uploaded photos will be visible in the bottom left corner, with a green checkmark indicating they've been successfully uploaded. If there are no more photos you'd like to upload, you can close the window.

If you have uploaded the wrong photo, you can easily use the cross mark at the top right corner of the image to delete it.

Once the photo is uploaded successfully, it will appear on the "Photos" tab.
