How to Update a Staff Member's Email

This article explains how you can edit and update a staff member's email address in your Pabau account.

Step 1: Navigate to Team

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the "Team" tab located on the left sidebar menu. Click to expand it and click the "Team" sub-tab.

Step 2: Access Staff Member Profile

On this page, you will see all your active staff members listed. To access a staff member's profile, click on their name.

Step 3: Update Email

By default, the Personal Details tab opens on a staff member’s profile, displaying key information such as their name, email, phone number, staff title, signature, and more.

To update the email, click the "Change" button located below the email field.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the staff member’s new email address.

NOTE: If you try to use an email address that’s already assigned to another staff member in Pabau, you’ll see an alert and won’t be able to update it.

The staff member will receive an email prompting them to verify their email. Until the new email is confirmed, the old email address will remain on the staff member's profile.
