How to Transfer Account Ownership
This article explains how you can transfer the ownership of your Pabau account to a different staff member.
Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page by clicking the "Setup" button located in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Access Subscription Page
Under the "Business" section. find the "Subscription" tab. Click to access all your account-related information.
Step 3: Transfer Account Ownership
If you are set as the owner of the account, you'll view your name under the "Account Summary" section. Next to your name, you'll view the "Transfer" button. Click to continue.
Upon clicking the "Transfer" button, the Transfer Ownership page. Select the employee you want to transfer ownership to.
After selecting the employee, in the Security Confirmation field, type TRANSFER in all caps to confirm the action.
The "Confirm Transfer" button will now be clickable. Click to finalize the transfer.
The screen will display a confirmation that the transfer has been successful.
By following these steps, you can successfully transfer account ownership to another staff member in Pabau.
