How to Transfer a Package Session to a Client's Account

In this guide, we'll walk you through transferring the value of a package session to a client's account.

There may be instances where you need to move the value of a booked or pending package session to a client’s account balance. However, used package sessions cannot be transferred.

Step 1: Open the Client Card

Log into your Pabau account and search for the client whose package session you want to transfer. Click on their name to open their client card.

Step 2: Access the Package Details

In the client card, navigate to the Packages tab. Find the package containing the session you wish to transfer, click the three dots on the far right, and select "More Details".

Step 3: Transfer the Package Session

In the Usage History modal, locate the pending or booked session you want to transfer. Click on the three dots next to it and select "Transfer to Account".

Step 4: Confirm the Transfer

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Review the details and confirm the transfer.

Once completed, the client’s account balance will increase by the value of the package session. An account payment entry will also be created and can be viewed under the Payments tab.
