In this article, we'll explain how to share your clients' reviews on Facebook.
Step 1: Navigate to Reviews
Log in to your Pabau account, then from the menu on the left-hand side, navigate to the Marketing feature and select "Reviews."
Step 2: Share Reviews
Once you've accessed the Reviews feature, you'll be able to see all the feedback and reviews provided by clients.
On the right-hand side of each review, you'll find three options: Hide, Share, and Respond. To share specific feedback, click on the Share button, and a prompt will appear.
From here, you can select Facebook, and it will automatically redirect you to your Facebook profile, where you can share this client's feedback.
Make sure you've added your Facebook account in Setup > Business details > Social.
Step 3: Share Your Score on Facebook
Additionally, you can share your overall score on Facebook, which has been aggregated from all the reviews left by your clients across all social media platforms.
By following these steps, you can share any feedback left by your clients on Facebook, allowing you to maintain effective communication and keep the communication channels open, fostering transparency and trust between your clinic and your clients.
