How to Set Up Prescription Information for Staff Members

In this article, we will show you how to set up prescription information for staff members in their profiles. Properly configuring this information ensures your team’s prescription capabilities are clearly documented and available when creating prescriptions.

NOTE: Only users with the appropriate permissions can edit staff profiles.

Step 1: Navigate to the Staff Section

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to ''Team'', then click on "Team" again to view the list of all staff members.

Step 2: Locate the Staff Member

Select the staff member for whom you want to set up prescription information by clicking on their name. This will open their profile, where you can access and update all relevant prescription fields.

Step 3: Set Up Prescription Information

In the staff member’s profile, go to the ''Personal Details'' section and locate the ''Prescription Info'' field.

This is where you enter the information that will appear in the footer of all prescriptions created by that staff member. Typically, this includes the staff member’s name, title, or any text you want to display on their prescriptions. Make sure the information is accurate, as it will automatically be included on every prescription they issue.

NOTE: Other fields, such as Registration Number, DEA, or NPI, can also be added separately if required for your practice. You can see how to set these up in this article.

If the field is not visible, click ''Customize Fields'' in the top-right corner and add the ''Prescription Info'' field to the Personal Details section. Once added, click ''Save'' to apply the changes.
