How to Set Up Your Injectables

Step 1: Navigate to Stock

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to Stock, located in the left sidebar menu, and click on Products.
 

Step 2: Switch to the Categories Tab

In the Products page, switch to the Categories tab if you still haven't created an "Injectable" category type. If you do, you can skip this step.

Step 3: Create a Category

To create a new category, click the "New Category" button located at the top right corner of the page. This action will open a pop-up window where you can enter the category details.

Select "Injectable" as a category type. Please make sure to complete the "Name" and "Category Type" fields, as they are required in order to create a category. Click on the Create button to finalize the action.

Step 4: Create a New Product

After creating an "Injectable" category, switch to the Products tab to create an injectable product. Click the "New Product" button at the top right corner to start the process.

When creating a product, select the "Injectables" category.

Once you do, additional set-up for the product will appear - you can select the injectable type (with Botox, Filler, and Other as available options) and the default increment for the injection mapping.

• Default increment refers to the standard unit by which the amount of filler or Botox is measured or administered.
• The product's default color for the injection marker can be selected in Default color.
• In the Measure field, you can input the total number of ml (or any of the other units available) for the product.

After populating all necessary fields, click on the Create button at the top right corner to finalize the process. 

To check if the injectable has been successfully added, go to the client card and follow the steps in this article.
