How to set up the First Service Purchased automation in Pabau.
The "First Service Purchased" automation sends a personalized message to clients after they buy their first service. You can customize the automation to welcome them, provide useful information, and encourage them to stay engaged with your clinic for future services.
Step 1: Navigate to Automations
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Marketing feature in the left sidebar menu, then click on "Automation".
Step 2: Creating a New Automation
Click the "Create Automation" button at the top right corner of the Automations page and then click "Start from scratch."
Step 3: Choosing Automation Filter
In the filtering prompt, select "Line Items" as the primary object, as we're setting up a welcome message for clients who have just purchased their first service at your practice.
Step 4: Selecting Automation Type
In the next step, choose the automation type "Email."
Step 5: Specifying General Automation Information
- Type the name of the automation, e.g., "First Service Purchased"
- Set the email subject to "Congrats on your purchase! Discover more offers"
- Schedule the recall to run "Every 1 Day."
Step 6: Selecting Audience
Create an audience with the following criteria:
- Client is Active.
- Client Service Sales is more or equal to 1.00.
- Line Item Category is Service.
- Client Total Appointment is 1.
Save the audience for future use.
Step 8: Designing Your Automation
In the "Design" tab, create an email template that includes a welcome message and expresses appreciation to clients for purchasing their first service.
Customize your email using templates and the drag-and-drop editor. Modify components such as columns, headings, text, images, buttons, dividers, HTML code, and menu.
You can also add a button linking to your online bookings portal.
Step 9: Review and Schedule
Review your automation, make necessary changes, and schedule it based on your preferred timing.
