How to Set Up Service Permissions

This article explains how you can set up service permissions for your staff members in Pabau.

Step 1: Navigate to Team

Start by logging into you Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, click the team tab to expand it. Click Team again to access the team member profiles.

Step 2: Select Staff Member 

Click on the team member profile to access their details.

Step 3: Switch to the Services Tab

Select the services tab located on the left corner of the screen.

In the first section, you can configure settings specific to a staff member, including:

  • Permission to perform services or sell products
  • Enabling their calendar for bookings
  • Allowing them to accept online bookings
  • Deciding if they should appear on the schedule

In the next section, all services you have created in Pabau will be listed. Tick the services that your staff member will be performing. 

Step 4: Save Changes

After selecting the services, click the 'Save Changes' button in the top-right corner to confirm your updates.
