With theWallets feature, practices can connect multiple **Stripe accounts** to manage payments more efficiently. This allows for greater flexibility in handling transactions across different locations. **NOTE:** Before adding multiple Stripe accounts, a [Primary (Company) Stripe account](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/how-to-integrate-with-stripe?hsLang=en) must be set up. This serves as the default payment account for the business. --- #### **Step 1: Navigate to Setup** Start by [logging into your Pabau account](http://app.pabau.com) using your login credentials. Here, you'll find a list of all available wallets. If you don't have any wallets set up yet, you can create a new one from this section. For more information on setting up personal wallets, [refer to this article.](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/how-to-set-up-a-personal-wallet?hsLang=en)  #### Step 3: Fill in Your Wallet Details A **Connect Stripe Account** pop-up will appear. Fill in the following fields: - **Wallet name** — Enter a name for this wallet. This is how it will appear across Pabau, so use something clear and identifiable — for example, "London Clinic" or "Manchester Branch." - **Location** — Select the clinic location this wallet will be linked to from the dropdown. - **Email** — Enter the email address that will be associated with this Stripe account. - **Country** — Select the country your clinic is based in. This defaults to United Kingdom. - **Website** — Enter your clinic's website URL. Once all fields are filled in, click **Create Wallet**. You will then be redirected to Stripe to complete the setup process. **NOTE:** Your wallet setup is not complete until all steps on the Stripe side have been finished. Additionally, set the wallet's status to Active to ensure it’s ready for use. Once everything is set up, save the wallet. It will now appear in your Wallets List, where you can manage it as needed. ![](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-22-2026-06-23-00-8651-PM.png?width=670&height=281&name=image-png-May-22-2026-06-23-00-8651-PM.png) For each wallet, the business can view the following details: - **Status** – Indicates whether the wallet is **Active** or **Inactive**. - **Wallet Name** – The assigned name of the wallet. - **Account ID** – The **Stripe Account ID** linked to the wallet. - **Wallet Email** – The email address associated with the connected **Stripe account**. - **Locations** – The locations where this wallet can be used, which is essential for **Point of Sale (POS) transactions**.
