This article guides you through the process of enabling the Google review integration for your Pabau account.
By integrating Google Reviews with Pabau, you can boost your online visibility, enhance credibility, attract new clients, and strengthen your clinic’s reputation. This feature requires the Marketing Plus add-on.
Step 1: Accessing the Google Reviews Integration
Log in to your Pabau account, then navigate to Setup by clicking on the "Setup" button at the bottom of the left sidebar menu, and click on "Feedback Survey" under Marketing and Communication.
Proceed to the "Integrations" step by clicking on "Next Step" in the bottom right corner of the first two steps - Builder and Questions.
Step 2: Setting Up Google Reviews Integration
Locate the Google reviews integration and click on "Set Up Now."
Step 3: Set Up Google reviews
In the new window that opened enter your direct link to your Google Reviews page in the URL field.
NOTE: To obtain your Google review link, look up your clinic on Google, press "Write a review" and copy the URL.
Next, locate the Google Review Redirection dropdown menu. Click on it to expand the list of redirection rules and select the preferred option. The available choices are:
- Never – Clients will not be redirected to Google Reviews, regardless of their rating.
- After submitting a review with a rating of 3+ – Clients will be redirected to Google Reviews if they submit an overall rating of 3 or higher.
- After submitting a review with a rating of 4+ – Clients will be redirected to Google Reviews if they submit an overall rating of 4 or higher.
- After submitting a review with a rating of 5 – Clients will be redirected to Google Reviews only if they submit an overall rating of 5.
- When any question is rated 3+ – Clients will be redirected to Google Reviews if they rate any individual question with a score of 3 or higher.
- When any question is rated 4+ – Clients will be redirected to Google Reviews if they rate any individual question with a score of 4 or higher.
- When any question is rated 5 – Clients will be redirected to Google Reviews if they rate any individual question with a score of 5.
Click on "Save" to implement the changes, and continue by clicking "Save Setting" once you set up the needed integrations.
By following these steps the Google review integration is now enabled.
