How to Set Privacy Settings to Medical Forms

This article covers how you can configure the privacy settings for medical forms.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and enter at least three letters of the client's name to locate them.

Step 2: Switch to the Forms Tab

Once you've accessed the client card, expand Chart/EMR from the menu to locate the Forms Tab. This window will show all forms associated with the client card.

Step 3: Configure Medical Form Privacy

Once you're in the forms section, click on the form to expand it. All actions you can take with the form will be displayed. Click on the three dots located at the top right corner of the form to reveal the privacy option. 

Once you click "Privacy," you'll view the privacy configuration options. You can choose to make the form visible to all staff members or only you. If you have teams created in Pabau, you can also set the privacy so the form can be visible to only one group.

After selecting the privacy settings, select anywhere on the screen so the changes can be saved. By following these steps, you can change the privacy settings to any form in the client card.
