How to Send Claims via Email
How to send invoices directly to third parties from Pabau.
NOTE: You can send claims via email to third parties if Healthcode is not set up in your Pabau account or the insurance company/third party is not linked to Healthcode.
Step 1: Navigate to Claims
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the "Money" tab located on the left sidebar menu. Click to expand it, and it will reveal the "Claims" sub-tab.

Step 2: Send a Claim via Email
From the Claims page, click the Send button located in the "Actions" column.

You will be redirected to a page containing the following information:

Invoice Preview: A preview of the invoice template used to generate the invoice.

Email Address: The email address of the insurance company.

Subject: The subject of the email. It is predefined but can be modified.

Template: Select which invoice template to use.

Body: The content of the email, predefined but editable as needed.
Once the email is sent:

A record is created in the Submit via Email page, showing the number of times the email has been sent. All attempts will be visible.

The Status will change to Submitted, and the action button will change to Chase. Clicking Chase redirects to the same Send via Email page for follow-up actions.
