How to Sell Services to Clients Through the Checkout

In this article, we'll cover how to sell services to clients through the checkout process.

Step 1: Accessing the Point of Sale

To begin, log into your Pabau account and navigate to the Point of Sale by clicking on the "Create" button located at the top of the screen. From the options provided, select "Sale".

 

Step 2: Add Service

From the menu on the right, look for the client want to sell the service to and click on their name.

 

Then, on the left-hand side, navigate to the menu and select "Services." From the service categories, choose the service you'd like to sell and click on it.

 

 

You can add as many services as you want, and they will be added to the client's cart, which you can see on the right-hand side of the checkout section.

 

Step 3: Finalize Payment 

Once you're done adding the services, below them you'll see the total. Click on "Continue," and you'll be directed to choose the payment method. After that, click on "Confirm Payment," and you'll be able to see the invoice.

 

You can view the invoice under "Financials" and "Invoices" when you open their client card.

By following these steps, you can sell services to clients who have had appointments or visited your clinic.
