How to Sell Packages to Clients Through the Checkout

In this article, we'll show you how to sell packages to clients through the checkout. They can later use these packages to book appointments or pay for appointments with the purchased package.

Step 1: Accessing the Point of Sale

To begin, log into your Pabau account and navigate to the Point of Sale by clicking on the "Create" button located at the top of the screen. From the options provided, select "Sale".

Step 2: Add Package

From the menu on the right, look for the client want to sell the package to and click on their name.

Then, on the left-hand side, navigate to the menu and select "Services." From the service categories, choose the service you'd like to sell and click on it.

You can add as many packages as you want, and they will be added to the client's cart, which you can see on the right-hand side of the checkout section.

Step 3: Finalize Payment

Once you're done adding the packages, below them you'll see the total. Click on "Continue," and you'll be directed to choose the payment method. After that, click on "Confirm Payment," and you'll be able to see the invoice.

You can view the invoice under "Financials" and "Invoices" when you open their client card. Packages will be stored under the "Packages" section. This allows the client to use their package to pay for their next appointment, deducting the used session from the package.

By following these steps, you can sell packages to clients who have had appointments or visited your clinic.
