This article explains how you can create and sell custom packages to your clients in Pabau.
Step 1: Navigate to the Point of Sale (POS)
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the "Create" button at the top of the screen and click the "Sale" option to access the Point of Sale.
Step 2: Select Client
Continue typing the client name on the "Search by client name" field at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Switch to Packages
Navigate to the "Packages" section on the left sidebar menu to access your packages.
Step 4: Create Custom Package
When viewing your Packages, the first option you'll see is "Custom Package." Click the green button to start creating your custom package.
Step 5: Configure Package Details
In this stage, you will view the following fields and options you need to configure:
- Package name: Enter a name that clearly identifies the package.
- Valid from: Set the start date from which the package will be active.
- Valid to: Set the date when the package will expire and can no longer be used.
- Service: Choose the service included in the package.
- Session Count: Specify how many sessions the package will contain.
- Price: Set the total price for the entire package.
Once you've configured the package details, navigate to the "Create" button on the bottom right corner to save the changes.
The one-time custom package you've created will now appear on the Item section on the right-hand side
Step 6: Sell Custom Package
Navigate to the "Continue" button on the bottom right corner to proceed to the payments page.
Choose the payment method or select from pre-paid options. You can also split the payment across multiple methods or leave the invoice unpaid or part-paid if needed.
If the client is paying in full, tap "Confirm payment" in the bottom right corner to finalize the sale. You will be directed to the Checkout completed screen.
Step 7: Access Client Card
Navigate to the client card of the client you've just sold this custom package to by clicking the client name from the checkout screen.
Additionally, you can access their client card by searching for their name/last name on the search bar at the top of the screen or by searching for the client on the Clients page.
Step 8: Review Sold Custom Package
Once you've accessed the client card, navigate to the "Packages" tab to view all packages sold to the client, including both active and expired ones. The custom package you created for this client will be displayed here.
