How to Search for a Service with a Service Code at the Point of Sale

This article explains how you can search for a service using the service code at the Point of Sale.

Step 1: Navigate to Setup

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, to access services, navigate to Setup and select Services under the Services section.

Step 2: Set Up a Service Code

Click on the service you want to set up a code to and find the "Service Code" field in the General tab. After adding a code, click the Save button at the top right corner to save the changes.

Step 3: Navigate to the Create Button

To use the service code to search for the service, navigate to the Create button at the top of the page next to the search bar and click 'Sale' to access the Point of Sale.

Step 4: Enter Service Code

Once you access the Point of Sale, select the client and th Services section on the left-hand side. Then, use the search bar at the top of the page to enter the service code. This action will reveal the service you are looking for.

NOTE: If you want to search for a product at the Point of Sale, you can switch to the Products section and use the SKU of the product.
