How to Reset Your Password

Visit the app.pabau.com website by entering the URL into your web browser to access your Pabau account.

Step 2: Navigate to 'Forgot Password?'

Locate and click on the 'Forgot Password?' option at the bottom-right corner of the login section where you enter your credentials.

Step 3: Confirm Email

You’ll be prompted to enter the email address linked to your account, allowing Pabau to send a password reset link to that email. If your email exists in our database, you'll receive a reset link. Once you've entered the email, click the 'Confirm' button.

Step 4: Reset Password

Check your inbox for an email with the password reset link. Clicking the link will redirect you to a page where you can enter a new password and confirm it by typing it again below. Once you're finished, click the 'Change' button to complete the process.
