Whether you’re planning a vacation, need personal time, or require leave for any other reason, submitting your request correctly ensures smooth communication and scheduling. #### **Step 1: Navigate to the Scheduler** [Log in to your Pabau account](http://app.pabau.com/), and in the left sidebar menu, go to Team, then click on ["Schedule"](https://app.pabau.com/team/scheduler). ![how to request time off 111](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Team%20category/how%20to%20request%20time%20off%20111.png?width=655&height=308&name=how%20to%20request%20time%20off%20111.png) #### **Step 2: Select a Slot for the Time Off Request** Once you access the Scheduler, first ensure you have selected the correctlocation (if your clinic has multiple locations) and the appropriatedate for your time off request. Next, locate your name in the staff list on the left side of the Scheduler. The location will default to the employee's assigned clinic, and you can add any optional staff comments. On the right, the **Day Digest** panel shows helpful context for the selected date(s) — including how busy the location usually is, the employee's usual working days and recent shift history, and overall coverage for that day (e.g., "Well covered").
