How to Repeat Blockouts

In this article, you'll learn how to manage blockouts and set them to repeat.

Managing and setting repetitive blockouts ensures you can easily schedule regular time off or non-working hours, helping you maintain a balanced schedule. It saves time and reduces the risk of double-booking, keeping your calendar organized and efficient.

Step 1: Navigate to Calendar

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, click on Calendar.

Step 2: Choose Timeslot for Blockout

Click on the desired starting time for the blockout and click on it.

Step 3: Select Blockout Type and Input Details

At the top of the appointment creation modal, you will find the Blockout types created in your account. Click on the desired blockout type and input the blockout details.

The start time is based on the selected timeslot.

NOTE: To create more blockout types, please follow the steps provided in this guide.

Step 4: Configure the Repeat Blockout

Click on the "Repeat Blockout" button to set up the repetition. You can choose from daily, weekly, or monthly repeats, and select whether it repeats every 1st, 2nd, etc., day. You can also set an end date for the repetition. Once you're finished, click "Apply Settings," and the blockout will be scheduled to repeat.

This allows you to set the blockout to repeat automatically, ensuring that your scheduled time off or non-working hours are consistently blocked out without the need for manual updates each time.
