      How to Reorder Service Categories

      In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to reorder your service categories in Pabau.

      Keeping your service categories well-organized helps you manage your offerings more efficiently and improves the client experience during online booking. A clear and structured layout makes it easier for clients to browse and find what they’re looking for, which can lead to more bookings.

      Step 1: Navigate to Services

      Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Setup, then click on the "Services" button under "Services". 

      Step 2: Access the Categories Tab

      At the top of the Services page, click on the Categories tab. This will show you a list of the service categories you’ve already created.

      Step 3: Reorder the Categories

      Find the three-line icon (☰) to the left of each category name. Click and hold this icon to drag and drop the category into the position you want. Your changes will be saved automatically.

      Once you reorder the categories, the new order will be applied automatically to your online booking portal.
