How to Reorder Service Categories

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to reorder your service categories.

Well-organized service categories make it easier to manage your services and help clients navigate the online booking system. A clear setup improves client experience by making it simple to browse and find services, leading to better engagement.

Step 1: Navigate to Services

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Setup, then click on the "Services" button under "Services".

Step 2: Access the Categories Tab

On the services page, switch to the Categories tab where you will see the list of categories you have already created.

Step 3: Reorder the Categories

In the Categories tab, locate the three-line icon on the left-hand side of each category row, click and hold it, and use drag-and-drop to move the category to your desired position in the list. The changes will be automatically saved.

Once you reorder the categories, the new order will be applied automatically to your online booking portal.
