This article explains how you can record and manage appointment notes on the client card and calendar.
Step 1: Access the Calendar
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu where the Calendar is located.
Step 2: Add an Appointment Note
When manually booking a new appointment in the calendar, you can add a note by entering it into the notes field during the appointment creation process.
NOTE: Appointment and client notes are only visible to staff members. Clients do not have access to these notes.
If you want to add a note to an already booked appointment, you can do so by clicking on the appointment, which will reveal the "Edit Appointment" button.
You can adjust the appointment by clicking this button, including adding or editing a note. Ensure to click the "Save Changes" button to update the adjustments.
Step 3: Navigate to the Client Card
You can access the client card by clicking on the client's name within the appointment. This action opens a new window displaying the client card.
Step 4: Review the Appointment Notes
The notes are located in the middle icon at the top right corner of the client card. Switch to the Appointment tab to view the appointment notes.
NOTE: Any changes you want to make to appointment notes must be done from the calendar by editing the appointment.
The note details include the name of the practitioner the appointment is with, as well as the date and time when the note was added.
