How to Rebook an Appointment in the Calendar

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of rebooking appointments in the calendar, which involves creating a new instance of the same appointment in a different time slot.

Step 1: Accessing the Calendar

Begin by logging into your Pabau account using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the "Calendar" in the left sidebar menu.

Step 2: Initiating Rebooking

Locate the appointment you wish to rebook within the calendar. Click on the appointment to select it. In the appointment context menu that appears, click on the "Rebook" option.

Step 3: Choosing a New Time Slot

Once you've clicked "Rebook," navigate to the date you wish to reschedule the appointment for using the date picker at the top of the calendar.

Once you've reached the desired date, click on the available time slot where you'd like to place the appointment.

The client and service details from the original appointment will be prepopulated in the new "Create New Appointment" menu. If the original appointment included multiple services, they will all be replicated in the new appointment. If necessary, you can remove certain services by clicking on the "X" icon in the top right corner of the service entry.

Step 4: Booking the Appointment

Proceed to book the appointment as usual by confirming any additional details and selecting any required options. Once you've reviewed and finalized the appointment details, click on the "Book Appointment" button to complete the rebooking process.

Alternatively, you can also rebook appointments from the client card.
