How to Rebook an Appointment from the Client Card

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of rebooking appointments from the client card, which involves creating a new instance of the same appointment in a different time slot.

Step 1: Accessing Appointments from the Client Card

Begin by logging into your Pabau account using your credentials. To rebook appointments from the client card, open the client card of the client for whom you wish to rebook a past appointment by using the search bar at the top of the screen. 

Click on the "Appointments" tab within the client card to view their appointment history.

Step 2: Initiating Rebooking from the Client Card 

In the list of appointments, locate the specific appointment you wish to rebook. Click on the three dots icon located on the right side of the appointment entry, then select the "Rebook" option from the context menu.

Step 3: Choosing a New Time Slot

You will be redirected to the Calendar, where you can choose a new time slot for the appointment. Navigate to the desired date using the date picker at the top of the calendar and select an available time slot to reschedule the appointment.

The client and service details from the original appointment will be prepopulated in the new "Create New Appointment" menu. If the original appointment included multiple services, they will all be replicated in the new appointment. If necessary, you can remove certain services by clicking on the "X" icon in the top right corner of the service entry.

Step 4: Completing the Rebooking

Once you've selected a new time slot, proceed to book the appointment as usual. Confirm any necessary details and options, then click on the appropriate button to finalize the rebooking process.

Alternatively, you can also rebook appointments from the calendar.
