How to Raise an Invoice for an Appointment from the Calendar

Step 1: Navigate to Calendar

Step 2: Choose an Appointment

From the calendar, choose the appointment for which you wish to raise an invoice and click on it. From the appointment functionalities, click on "Checkout". This will redirect you to the Point of sale.

Step 3: Raise an Invoice

Once you are at the point of sale, on the right-hand side, you'll be able to see the appointment and the cost of the service. Below the price, there is a "Continue" button.

Once you click on it, you will be able to select the payment method, indicating how the client will pay for this service (for example, cash). Once you collect the money, return to the bottom right corner and click "Confirm Payment."

Once this is done, you'll be directed to finalize the payment. Alternatively, you can skip the payment method and save the invoice as unpaid.

The last window that opens up will show the invoice, invoice details, and service details.

You can see the invoice on the client card by clicking on the client's name next to the "Billed to" section. Once in the client card, go to "Financials" and click the "Invoices" tab to view all invoices and their status as Active or Inactive.

By following these steps, you will be able to raise an invoice for every appointment in the calendar.
