How to Quick Book Clients

In this article, you'll learn the fastest way to book an appointment for a client in Pabau, streamlining the booking process and saving you time.

Step 1: Navigate to the Search Bar

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Once you're on the home page, use the search bar at the top of the screen to look up a client by entering their name, phone number, email, or client ID. Type at least three letters of the client’s name for the client to appear.

Step 2: Access the Quick Booking Option

Once you locate the client in the search results, you will see a button labeled "Book Appointment" next to their name. Click on this button, and you will be redirected to the calendar.

Step 3: Book the Appointment

On the calendar view, find and click on an available time slot that fits the client's schedule. This will open the booking window where you can continue with the booking process. 

After selecting a time, choose the service for the appointment. You can scroll through the available options or use the search bar to quickly find a specific service. To speed up the process, the system will display the three most recently booked services by this client at the top of the selection window.

The start time will be automatically set based on the chosen time slot, and the duration will adjust according to the service’s default setting. If necessary, you can also add appointment notes at this stage.

Step 5: Confirm the Booking

Once all the details are entered, click on the "Book Appointment" button. Before finalizing, review the total cost and duration of the appointment. After confirmation, the appointment will be successfully scheduled.
