How to Print and Download Shared Forms
This article explains how clients can print and download forms in the client portal.
Step 1: Access Client Portal
Once a form is shared with you, you can access it by opening the email or SMS notification and clicking the link, which takes you to your Client Portal.
Proceed to log into the Client Portal using your credentials. Once you're logged in, you'll be directed to the form that was shared with you.
Step 2: Download or Print Form
To download or print the form, simply scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll find the "Download" and "Print" buttons.
- Download — Clicking this button will open a pop-up that allows you to save the form as a PDF.
- Print Form — Clicking this button will open a pop-up where you can choose which pages to print. Once selected, click Save to proceed with printing.
By following these steps, you can easily download or print the forms shared with you.
