How to Pin a Medical Form

This article explains how you can pin a medical form in a client card.

Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and type at least three letters of the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.

Step 2: Switch to the Forms Tab

First, expand the Chart/EMR section in the client card. This action will reveal the forms tab, where all forms related to the client are displayed.

Step 3: Edit the Form

Clicking on the medical form you'd like to pin will expand the form, revealing the share button, print button, and three dots. Click on the three dots on the right corner of the page to reveal the Pin option. 

Selecting this option pins the form to the top of the page. The pin icon next to the form name indicates it has been pinned.

By following these steps, you can pin a form in a client card.
