This article covers how to perform partial purchase orders in Pabau.
Step 1: Navigate to Stock
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to Stock, located in the left sidebar menu, and click on Orders.
Step 2: Switch to the Processing Tab
To review orders that are currently in transit or undergoing processing, switch to the "Processing" tab on the Orders page.
Step 3: Update Order Details
To update a specific order, first, locate it in the list of processing orders. Once you've found the order you want to update, proceed to click on the "Receive Order" button. This button is located at the bottom right corner of the screen and will initiate the process of receiving the order.
After clicking the "Receive Order" button, you will receive a prompt asking you to confirm if you have received the order. To proceed, click on the "Yes, mark as received" option. This action will indicate that the order has been received, and you can continue to the next step and update its status accordingly. 
Step 4: Mark the Order as Partially Received
In the received stage, you can specify the quantity of products that were actually received from the original order. Simply enter the quantity received and then click on "Complete Order" to confirm the receipt.
You will be prompted to decide whether you want to add this received product to your current stock inventory. This step ensures that your stock levels are accurately updated based on the items you have received.
After clicking "Yes, I'm sure," you will receive a confirmation displaying the order details. Here, you can mark the order as complete, indicating that you do not expect to receive the remaining products. Alternatively, by selecting "Receive Remaining Later," you can save the order as partially received, indicating that the remaining products will be received at a later time.
After selecting "Receive Remaining Later," the order will be marked as "Part received." You can easily locate this partially received order under the "Received" tab, where you can manage it further if needed.
By following these steps, you can mark an order as partially received.
