Clients can easily pay with packages from their client portal when booking an appointment online.
Step 1: Log in to the Online Booking Portal
To use a package for payment, clients must first log in to the online booking portal of your clinic.
They should navigate to your online booking page and click the "Login" button in the top-right corner. After entering their credentials, they will gain access to their account, where they can manage bookings and purchased packages.
Step 2: Check Purchased Packages
Before booking an appointment, clients should verify their purchased packages to ensure the service they want to book is covered. Once logged in, they can check their packages by clicking their profile avatar in the top-right corner and selecting Packages from the dropdown menu.
This will display all purchased packages. For example, if a client has a Botox 1 Area – 3 Sessions package, they will see it listed here. Reviewing their available packages confirms they have remaining sessions for the service they wish to book.

Step 3: Booking an Appointment
Once the client confirms they have an active package, they can proceed to book an appointment. They should click the "Book Appointment" button in the top-right corner.
Next, they need to select the service category that includes their package.
For example, if their package covers Botox 1 Area – 3 Sessions, they should choose the Botox category.
Within the category, they must select the specific service linked to their package, such as Botox - 1 Area (Female), and click "Next" to continue.
If the clinic has multiple locations, the client will be prompted to select their preferred one. Afterward, they must choose a practitioner before proceeding to the calendar displaying available time slots. They can then select a suitable appointment time.

After choosing a time slot, the client will be redirected to the Booking Details page to review their appointment. Once everything is confirmed, they should click "Proceed to Payment" to continue.
Step 4: Paying with a Package
On the payment screen, clients will see available payment options, including their package. To use it, they should select the package as the payment method and click "Pay Now". Since the package covers the service cost, the total amount due will be zero, requiring no further payment.
Step 5: Booking Confirmation
Upon completing the payment, the client will receive a confirmation notification. This ensures their booking has been successfully processed and their package applied.
By following these steps, clients can easily book appointments and use their pre-purchased packages, ensuring a smooth and seamless booking experience.
